The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great with a diverse selection. The room was spacious, perfect for a ski trip, giving us ample entry space for gear!
Sound transfer from upstairs guests was disruptive.

The staff greeted us warmly. The living room area was great, with inviting decor. I particularly enjoyed the mountain view while sitting in the Adirondack chairs outside, sipping on my drink, it was amazing.

The location of the hotel was magnificent and nice - within a close distance from Atkinsons' Market. Our a double room was equipped with fireplace and bath, for instance. The staffs were attentive and the service was outstanding.

The hotel was cozy
Long day of exploring. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, but I found the bathroom slightly outdated. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy, which we appreciated.

Good staff and thoughtful amenities, given the location (skiing--which we didn't do since it's summer, but they had what skiers would want).
It needs some updating, especially the exterior and halls. The rooms are nicer than these areas would lead you to believe.

We were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a suite when we got there which made our stay even nicer. The location was nice as we could walk to dinner and the night life. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. We will stay there again if we are in town for the night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The accomodations were perfect for a one-night business stay... a pool/spa for a little R&R, evening cookies for a little snack, and a nice continental breakfast in the morning. The hotel was very close to good restaurants as well.

The location was great and close to ski lifts, making it convenient for our family. The rooms were clean and the breakfast offered a variety of options. However, carrying our luggage up two flights of stairs was challenging, and the hot water was set too high, which made for an uncomfortable shower experience.
